Supplier Audit & Technology Qualification

statoilStatoil is one of the world's largest net sellers of crude oil, and a substantial supplier of natural gas to Europe.

In the role of Lead Auditor, Nuenco consultants have been involved in the qualification of new suppliers and well technologies for Statoil since 2000. We have facilitated multiple design and operability reviews of new and emerging well technologies in this period. We have designed and implemented formal audit programmes covering all aspects of supplier processes from design, manufacture to test, installation and operation.

These audit programmes were followed up by the implementation of QA/QC procedures for the verification of 'fitness for intended use' of manufactured equipment. Within this period, We have facilitated numerous HazOp / HazId exercises in areas such as the platform integration of mobile temporary equipment, process control software integration and fluid / pressure control system modifications.

Nuenco consultants were directly involved in the qualification of the following technologies for Statoil;
