Rebranding for Successful Growth
Following a management buy-in, Nuenco consultants managed the corporate rebrand for Hydrasun – a well-established, international hose and fittings specialist targeting substantial regional and international growth within a highly competitive market sector.
The assignment consisted of an extensive Definition Phase and a subsequent seven month Implementation Phase which saw us working closely with the client's senior management team to redefine their market positioning.
During the Definition Phase, a formal assessment was made of the requirements for the corporate re-brand throughout the company’s operations and locations. From this assessment a detailed recommendations report was produced which formed the basis of a Project Plan for the Implementation Phase.
Through the successful Project Management and execution of the Implementation Phase, a range of external resources were brought together to deliver to a tight schedule including PR agencies, graphic and web design professionals, exhibition display designers and vehicle livery specialists. Delivery was to plan and budget with the successful implementation of the brand including the delivery of a number of corporate communication solutions:
